The Northeast Cobb Business Association exists to serve the businesses that call our community home. Today, NCBA is entering an exciting new chapter—one rooted in focus, intentional leadership, and renewed momentum.

Over the past year, I have met individually with leaders from business associations and civic organizations across our region to better understand best practices, emerging needs, and what truly makes an association thrive. This work has included extensive research into governance, programming, and operational efficiencies, with a clear goal: to ensure that more of our members’ dues are directed toward meaningful programming, stronger connections, and real value for local businesses.

NCBA is also welcoming new board members who bring fresh perspectives, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to strengthening our business community. Their energy and leadership will help guide the organization forward as we expand opportunities for networking, education, and collaboration.

In addition, we are working closely with our Community Advisors to make our relationships with local schools more purposeful and mutually beneficial—supporting students while creating thoughtful, practical engagement opportunities for our members.

This renewed focus reflects our guiding theme: Back to Business. Forward with Purpose.

It is a commitment to clarity, stewardship, and growth—grounded in the belief that a thriving business community is built on strong relationships, smart leadership, and a shared vision for the future.
